Nothing But the Truth Church is a community congregation that started November 2, 2014. We welcome everyone and anyone of different backgrounds, race, cultural difference and financial status to church membership.
Nothing But the Truth Church understands the sacrifice it takes to build a strong foundation and the need to equip the people that have a hunger for God in their hearts and determination in their spirits to fervently labor for God, not man, to achieve this goal.
We desire to have individuals that families built on the Word of God to become strong leaders in their homes, their families, in the church, in their communities, and beyond. We encourage unity in families, strengthened relationships, and becoming better individuals through love and respect for God and each other.
We meet every Fridays for worshiping and intercessory prayer warriors for the city of Brockton, MA. We have a very strong young Pastor, Teacher, and Prophetess with a strong Prophetic unction from the Holy Spirit.
In obedience to God, as a Christ-centered body of believers, we commit to disciple, enable and encourage one another to love, worship, and serve our Savior, Jesus Christ. Furthermore, we commit to share the Good News and ourselves with our neighbors in Plymouth County, Massachusetts in the surrounding communities, and throughout the world.
Nothing But the Truth Church is a church with a dedicated vision to reach the lost and fulfill the great commission of God on the earth. We strongly believe that our vision is an immediate necessity to our communities, our nation and the nations around the world. As such, we are determined and know that we can make a difference through God who gives us strength.
Worship — Every time we enter the presence of God we worship. There are many expressions of worship including: singing, commitment, praying, hearing the word of God, giving, baptism, meditating, and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper. (Matthew 4:10, John 4:23-24
Evangelism — The communication of God’s word to a lost and dying world is evangelism. The Bible declares that God is not willing for anyone to perish and that God’s desire is for His house to be full. The Bible places the responsibility of evangelism on the church. “His intent was that through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known.” (Ephesians 3:10, II Peter 3:9)
Ministry — The hands-on demonstration of Christianity to one another and to the community we serve is ministry. God has put a high priority on ministry. The Bible says, “By this shall all men know that you are my disciples-that you have love for one another.” (John 13:35)
Discipleship — To educate God’s people in God’s word is discipleship. Discipleship brings about fulfillment and maturity in the church. “Let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity.” (Hebrews 6:1)
Prayer — The first thing the early church did when they assembled was pray together. Prayer is the fuel that drives the ambitious priorities of the church and the spiritual power that changes the world. Christ demonstrated the power of prayer by making it a priority of His earthly ministry. If the Church is going to be effective, it must pray. (Acts 1:14, John 17, I Peter 5:7)
Children Ministry — “From the lips of children and infants, you, Lord, have called forth your praise” Matthew 21:16.
Kids are not the church of tomorrow; but they are part of the church of today.
Matthew 11:25 — At that time Jesus made answer and said, I give praise to you, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have not kept these things secret from the wise and the men of learning, and have made them clear to little children.
Matthew 18:3 — And said, Truly I say to you, if you do not have a change of heart and become like little children, you will not go into the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 19:14 — But Jesus said, let the little ones come to me, and do not keep them away: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.
